Glenn Farrell, owner and president of YFI, has a unique background in accounting, finance, real estate consulting, and construction.
A certified public accountant experienced in real estate, Glenn felt the need to apply his creative skills in a more imaginative and tangible manner. Combining his technical expertise with a keen artistic eye, he founded YFI in 1985.
Glenn has served on condominium association boards, has worked with town finance committees, is a current member and past president of the York Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders, and the former Chairman of the Planning Board for the Town of York.
