In-Town Historic Renovation

This elegant 1860’s Seacoast home was deftly renovated to successfully preserve the historic nature of the home while adding contemporary and roomy spaces that accommodate a more casual family lifestyle.  Access to the backyard and pool area was incorporated through an open glassed-in family room and a new addition was added which included a back porch, garage entrance, renovated kitchen and new master bedroom suite on the second floor.
