YFI Commercial Projects

We have been updating the YFI website over the last few months and realized that there were gaps in the photography library of some of YFI Custom Homes commercial projects (yes, we do those too!)  So, last week, we set out with photographer Rob Karosis, to fill in some of these gaps.  Here is a first glimpse of the results.

The ViewPoint,  a beautiful nine-suite hotel overlooking the Nubble Lighthouse, designed by renowned architect, Jeremiah Eck.
YFI built a large addition and residence to Jeremiah Campbell Antiques, located on busy Route One in York, Maine.

This project consisted of a historical renovation to the landmark Cox’s Store, located in the center of York Village, into offices and retail businesses.
This project, located in Kittery, Maine,  was the second of three car washes built by YFI for a long-time client; “Auto Spa”.
Another historic renovation in which the York Public Library became the First Parish Church. YFI renovated the original stone structure and built a large addition in the rear.
This was the first of two radio stations renovated and increased in size for Knight Quality Stations.

strive for perfection in everything. take the best that exists and make it better. if it doesn't exist, create it. accept nothing nearly right or good enough.
